The accident was investigated by three Douglas County conservation officers who recreated the shooting in order to determine whether it was an accident. Wisconsin wrongful death: Couple dies in head-on collision

The Richland County Sheriff's Department has requested a Wisconsin State Patrol accident reconstruction team to help them determine how a head-on collision occurred. A husband and wife died in the accident, and another person was taken to Richland Hospital. The driver of the vehicle said to be responsible for the accident may end up facing a wrongful death action from the family of the husband and wife that were killed in this tragic accident.
