Car accident in Wisconsin's St. Joseph Township kills 1

The medical examiner in St. Croix County was called to the scene of an accident that took place in St. Joseph Township on May 13. When he arrived, he examined the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the car accident and pronounced the Wisconsin woman dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle involved was taken to an area hospital.

Part of living in Wisconsin is having to sometimes share the roads with Amish buggies. Ordinarily, the buggies are equipped with reflective triangles to warn other vehicles that they are there and moving slowly. It not known whether a buggy recently involved in a car accident had a triangle on the buggy.

Wisconsin man charged in car accident enters no contest plea

Back in May 2012, a Wisconsin man was traveling south on a Wisconsin road when he drifted across the line into oncoming traffic. The car accident that followed ended up killing one woman and severely injured another. That man has since taken a plea bargain in connection with the criminal charges filed against him shortly after the accident.

The Wisconsin State Patrol is assisting authorities in Wisconsin Rapids with an accident reconstruction. They are trying to determine who had the right-of-way at an intersection where a bicycle vs. car accident occurred. Police spent a good deal of time talking to people that may have witnessed the crash to determine which vehicle had the green light.

A Wisconsin woman is facing vehicular homicide charges in Pierce County in connection with an accident that occurred last October. The charges stem from the death of a motorcycle rider that was killed as the result of a car accident on Highway 63. Her first court appearance was in scheduled for March.

Wisconsin woman may have been victim of 2nd car accident

The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department has been investigating the death of a Wisconsin woman in early March. Through the course of that investigation, it has come to the attention of investigators that the woman may have been hit not by one car, but by two. They are now looking for information on the vehicle involved in the second hit-and-run car accident involving this victim.

26 car accident on Wisconsin Highway 41: Road conditions a factor

Winter weather in Wisconsin has been the cause of more than a few accidents over the years. This year has been no exception. A pile up on Highway 41 involved approximately 26 cars, and another car accident in Nekimi resulted in a fatality.

Icy roads may have caused car accident in Wisconsin

Winter weather has been known to wreak havoc on Wisconsin roads. Icy conditions can make the roads slick and hazardous. Police believe it is icy roads that contributed to a car accident that killed the passenger in one of three vehicles involved.
