Wisconsin Lutheran bishop accused of driving under the influence

A Lutheran bishop in Wisconsin has been charged in the death of a woman that was out jogging recently. Police say that the bishop was driving under the influence at the time of the accident. When police interviewed him shortly after the accident, he denied being intoxicated.

A Wisconsin man was allegedly drunk and driving when the car he was in slammed into a tree. A witness discovered the driver's vehicle after the car accident. The man authorities believe was the driver was behind the wheel of the car at the time the witness came upon the scene.

Driving under the influence: Wisconsin man charged

Back in Oct. 2011, a Wisconsin woman died after having been involved in an accident. The driver of the vehicle that hit her has been charged with driving under the influence at the time of the crash. In Mar. 2012, the driver was also charged with vehicular homicide in connection with her death.

Wisconsin man faces third charge of driving under the influence

Five cars were involved in an accident that authorities say was caused by a drunk driver. This will be the third time the Wisconsin man has been charged with driving under the influence. Luckily, only one person suffered any injuries this time.

Wisconsin driver intoxicated at the time of fatal car accident?

Investigators say that toxicology results indicate that a Wisconsin driver's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit at the time of an accident earlier this year. As a result, the driver has now been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle in connection with the fatal car accident that occurred in Aug. 2012 near Black River Falls. The driver of the vehicle that was struck by the man was seriously injured, and the passenger in that vehicle died.
