With summer around the corner road safety encouraged

Car accidents occur on roads throughout the nation at all times of the year. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, drivers need to be particularly vigilant in the next three months or so, as this week marks the start of what the administration calls the 100 deadliest days of the year for drivers.

Wisconsin man is going to prison for deadly DUI accident

When emergency responders arrived at the scene of a crash in July of last year, they discovered two 21-year-old women had succumbed to fatal injuries. Another person, a 21-year-old man suffered serious injuries for which he was taken by helicopter to an area hospital. The Wisconsin man responsible for this deadly DUI accident was recently sentenced.

Holiday weekend expected to lead to more than 380 traffic deaths

While it is true that motor vehicle accidents regularly occur on roads throughout the nation, there are certain times of the year when these tend to increase. One of those times—Memorial Day weekend—is nearly upon us. Over the course of what is for many a long weekend, it is not uncommon for Wisconsin residents to take advantage of the extra day and drive to see friends and family.

Recently, patrons of one of those establishments, the Bulldog Bar, were undoubtedly shocked when a vehicle crashed into the building, shortly after midnight.
